⁴⁵ There is a natural body and there is a spiritual body; as it is written, the first man Adam was made a living soul, and the last Adam was made a life-giving spirit. ⁴⁶ However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, and then that which is spiritual.

⁴⁷ The first man is of the earth, earthy. And the second man is the Lord from heaven.
